Windball Refund & Returns Policy

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original condition or have a legitimate product defect.
• You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.
• The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

2. Defective or Damaged Windballs

If your Windball arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A free replacement Windball; or
• A full refund if a replacement is not available or appropriate.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable. We may ask for photos or a short video showing the issue so we can properly evaluate the claim.

3. Normal Wear & Tear

Windballs are designed to be used for cricket and will naturally experience wear during play. The following are generally considered normal wear and tear and are not eligible for a refund or replacement:

• Scratches or scuff marks from normal play
• Dirt or discoloration from outdoor use
• Cosmetic changes caused by playing conditions
• Damage caused by hitting rough surfaces or objects
• Damage caused by misuse, intentional damage, or improper storage
• Normal deterioration from extended or heavy use

4. Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days. The product should be unused and in resalable condition. Unless the item was defective, damaged during shipping, or we sent you the wrong product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Wrong Item or Shipping Damage

If you receive the wrong product or your Windball is damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances. Please provide photos of the product and packaging when possible so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

6. Refunds

Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Replacements

When appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. For confirmed manufacturing defects, our goal is to make sure you receive a Windball that meets our quality standards without making the process unnecessarily difficult.

8. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, refund, or replacement, contact our customer support team with:

• Your name
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the request
• Photos or video of the issue, if applicable

We aim to respond to customer requests within 2 business days.

9. Fair Use

Our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business. We reserve the right to decline refunds or replacements when there is evidence of misuse, intentional damage, excessive use, fraudulent claims, or a return that does not meet the requirements of this policy. This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
